You can download your policy from Mijn Zilveren Kruis (in Dutch only) or in the Zilveren Kruis app. The app is available in English.
Where can I find my annual overview of my healthcare costs?
If you are looking for your annual overview to deduct healthcare costs from your taxes, for example, you can easily download it from Mijn Zilveren Kruis.
When will I receive my remaining mandatory excess?
If you choose to pay your mandatory excess (€385) in instalments last year and you have excess remaining, then this will be refunded at the end of April after care providers have submitted their bills. Any outstanding payments will be deducted first.
